Enjoy all the activities in town then relax on the dock and watch the boats and seagulls in utter peace. Stargazing is spectacular as there is no light pollution. A traditional fisherman and family saltbox home built in 1911. The house was actually floated to this location on 300 feet of private oceanfront in 1957. Approximately 300 people helped to raise it to where it now sits. The wharf sits over deep water where the ‘Newfie Girl’ longliner was moored.

Spacious living/kitchen areas with stunning views, fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, big screen TV (for those weather days) and WIFI. 3 bedrooms (2 queen 1 double). Completely updated yet retains the old world charm.

3 night minimum. $225 per night for up to 4 people. Additional guest: $15 per guest per night. Maximum guests – 6. Cleaning fee $80.
